Lighthouse Leadership & Fellowship has been founded on the premise "to extinquish the leadership crisis that exists in all of the arenas of the world today." Our strong conviction and covenant will be to illuminate all those who aspire to greater accomplishments, including those facing odds and deficiencies. We seek to empower courage against all negatives.

Through solid leadership training and in partnership with EQUIP, we look to develop the ability of Business and Community Leaders, Pastors and Church Leaders to discern and create a sense of purpose whithin individual perserverance and courage. We will always identify leadership lessons governed by Scriptual principles and not reference.
